Ever wondered who are the companies with the best and worst customer service? You may be very surprised by the results in the survey carried out by Bruce Temkin co-founder and Chair of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA.org), a non-profit organization dedicated to helping customer experience professionals learn, grow, and succeed.
