Fitbit, best know for its family of simple activity trackers, isn't shrinking from the competitive threat posed by more decorative and multi-function smartwatches, namely, the Apple Watch and Android Wear devices. Instead, Fitbit is meeting the challenge head-on: the San Francisco-based company launched the new Fitbit Blaze smartwatch at CES 2016, the annual consumer electronics show in Las Vegas.
The Fitbit Blaze will be available for customers in March 2016 at a starting price of $199.95, but we got the opportunity to check out the device for ourselves at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Watch our video to see if this new fitness-focused smartwatch could be for you.
